Why do I feel so down and not happy anymore? I also feel really tired and non-motivated. Is that normal for someone to feel that way?

I know life is a journey and we are all temporary on this earth yet I feel heartbroken.
I drag myself to cook and do some daily chores and cleaning the house.
He had wanted to travel and see many places after his retirement. We travelled a lot last year with my sister and brother in law. But my husband wanted to go on a foreign trip, the possibility of this seems bleak now.
